What Comes With Contracts

Virtual Repairs:

Customer’s Server or Networked computer(s) calls OneStop Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (OCTS) alerting us of problems. Such problems are then resolved remotely. No Technician visits. OCTS logs and reports such activity to customer.

File Maintenance:

OCTS maintains backup schedules of daily backups making sure system is backing up properly, and remotely resolves from our site and system errors detected or reported.
